Karen Frawley
Karen is a partner in Deloitte’s International Tax practice and lead partner for the Deloitte Limerick office. She has over 25 years’ experience advising a broad range of clients including multinational companies, Irish plcs and large Irish indigenous companies.
Karen works with clients in relation to Irish and international tax issues and has particular expertise in advising clients in relation to corporate group re-organisations, M&A transactions and structuring of cross border transactions. Karen is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
She has been named as one of the leading women in tax in the International Tax Review (ITR) each year from 2016 to 2024 Women in Tax Leaders guides and was also included as a highly regarded tax advisor by the ITR in each year from 2022 to 2024. Karen is also a past President of the Irish Taxation Institute.
