Our Fidelity Cares programmes in Ireland are focused on “Inspiring Better Futures” with a pillar dedicated to fostering a diverse STEM talent pipeline. Our strategic interventions span all education levels and from early careers to continued professional development, with a focus on encouraging females and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. In 2024, we gave access to STEM education to over 10,000 students across Ireland through all our Fidelity Cares programmes.

In recent years, Fidelity Ireland has become a leader in promoting STEM education and employability through our various programmes. Our regional leadership team inspires local participation and nurtures a culture where employees can drive and lead changes by supporting Fidelity Cares through volunteering and skill-sharing.

Fidelity Investments Ireland – Support of STEM Education and Employment Programmes

As a leading employer in the technology space in Ireland, Fidelity Investments Ireland recognises the challenges of talent shortage and gender underrepresentation that exist within STEM industries over the years.

Therefore, we build our Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, Fidelity Cares, on helping to tackle these challenges in Ireland. We understand the change starts in schools, and early intervention is essential. Programmes we ran such as “Our World” with Junior Achievement or “CodePlus” with the University of Galway all are helping to create this change.
