Dell Technologies AI experts worked hand-in-glove with Crann to uncover Crann's processes, needs and requirements, and then proceeded to design and implement an AI strategy for them that is transforming how Crann interacts with clients and their families.

The AI solution developed during this project has transformed how the Crann Centre organises its services to clients, not just modernizing to eliminate pen and paper work but delivering leading-edge AI technology that provides a holistic view of each client and supports and enriches the Crann Centre team and client interactions.
